492Milwaukee School Mallard Drake

This mallard drake might have been designed by Walter Dettmann, but it was probably done by someone else in the Milwaukee School of Carvers, based on the carving of the head and shape of the bill. The decoy is a good, though not exact match, with the Dettmann mallard hen. Dimensions are 16 x 6.5 x 8.5 (L x W x H) inches. Was used, has at least one shot hole, and the ballast weight was poured into the bottom board. $250 or make an offer.
